FRIDGE PICKLES

SAY WHAT?!


recipe:
  • 7 cups washed, sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped peppers of your choice (Optional)
  • 3 Tbs. salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp. celery seeds

(if y'all haven't noticed i don' really do recipes...)

so i did cukes, red peppers, sugar, celery seeds, celery salt, garlic minced, shallots sliced


the recipe said to wait at least 3 days (i don't know why)
and that it will stay good up two months. my last batch didn't make it past two weeks.


here is a recipe for sriracha fridge pickles that i can't wait to make



and i want to make it hotter and like with cauliflower, ROLL TIDE
